Ugh. I feel tired. I have been house hunting for almost three months now and no luck. Yesterday I went out house hunting and found the perfect house for me... except the bedrooms were a little small. I love the house and want the house. Here are the problems:

A. It is too much money and the seller may not budge on the price.
B. The bedrooms are only 10x10, 10x10, and 10x7
C. I know there are bigger houses out there for the same price that are less money.

But I love this house.... I guess I will wait to hear from my mortgage guy.
