It's hard to go from yes to no

Sometimes I get myself into predicaments. At the time I mean well and I want to help out, but then when the time comes, situations change and things happen. Well, life happens. I need to learn that there are things in life that are going to change and therefore I can not make promises to people as I don't know if in the next year or next month that I will be able to keep them. Lesson learned. I will need to make sure that I take this into consideration for the next time I tell someone yes.
