Day 22- "we make friends at parks"

This friend and I met way back when in my Jersey days.  Actually we were both nannies and had our kids at the park, started talking, exchanged numbers and the rest is history.  We became great running buddies, clubbing buddies, food buddies, well let's just say we did a lot together.  She has always been my wild and crazy friend and I love her dearly.

She moved out of New Jersey to go back to her home state of Utah.  After a while, she decided that she was ready to come back to New Jersey.  I was so happy!  I loved having her back and was able to do so much! 

After another year of great fun, she moved back to Utah again, but she was not out of site out of mind!  We connected on occasion and she even flew out for my birthday and my graduation that year!  She always does thoughtful things like that! 

Again this past year I was able to see her when she drove through Minnesota with her boyfriend and again in Vegas for my 30th birthday!  She is one of those people who I know I can always count on in times of need even if we don't talk for months on end.  She always takes the time to be there for the important times and although she doesn't think she does enough, I think she has gone above and beyond. 

She is one of my favorite friends and I am happy that we met in a park in New Jersey back in the day.  No matter how long we go without talking, we know that we can always pick up the phone and start up in conversation where we left off last time.  I love her dearly and am glad I can call her my friend!
